ABOUT CADIZ:

Being one of the ancient cities of Occidental Europe, the Province of Cadiz, which was baptized by the poet Lord Byron as “Ocean Mermaid”, can be highlighted by many things: its beaches, its places, its people…
Inland, its climate with warm temperatures throughout the year and clear skies, harbours a maze of dunes, creeks, salt marshes and beaches of high ecological value, and has been chosen as the scenery of some films like James Bond’s film Die another day or the American film Knight and day. Numerous famous people have been in this city

The coast:

Cadiz, located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, has 260 km of coast which can be enjoyed with its great variety of miles of sandy beaches with fine and white sand and clear blue water. Along the coast you can also appreciate the wildlife features of this area.
Its history is ancient. Tartessos and Phoenicians visited this land more than 3,000 years ago. The Romans and Visigoths also dwelt it and from 711 was a Muslim territory until the second half of the thirteenth century.

The passage of different cultures has left their mark in art and culture as well as in the gastronomy and the Flamenco that you will be able to enjoy.
There are many places of interest and a large number of activities to be enjoyed in Cadiz. However, the beauty of it is that you can make it as active or as relaxing as you wish during your stay!
